We are pleased to announce the appointment of Prof. Khaled A. Abd El-Razik, Ph.D. to the Editorial Board of Ricos Biology Journal.
Prof. Abd El-Razik is a distinguished Professor of Veterinary Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics and currently serves as the Dean of the Veterinary Research Institute at the National Research Centre (NRC) in Giza, Egypt. With over 25 years of academic and research experience, he brings exceptional expertise in zoonotic diseases, antimicrobial resistance, foodborne pathogens, mastitis pathogens, molecular epidemiology, diagnostic kit development, and One Health research integration.
His extensive publication record—with more than 90 peer-reviewed articles, an h-index of 16, and over 1,000 citations—reflects his significant contributions to veterinary and medical microbiology. Prof. Abd El-Razik has also served as Principal Investigator or Co-Principal Investigator in over 25 funded research projects and maintains active international collaborations with institutions in Italy, the USA, Spain, and Hungary.
